Call for Production Teams
- including Directors and Musical Directors

The Committee invites applications for Production Teams for the following works, which are scheduled to be staged in 2009

Season 1: The Yeomen of the Guard (March/April) - The Alexander Theatre
Season 2: Trial by Jury and Other Legalities by G&S (with piano) (June/ July) - The Old Magistrate's Court or Melba Hall
Season 3: Cox & Box with HMS Pinafore (Oct/Nov) - The Alexander Theatre

Dates and venues are extremely tentative. Cox & Box will be presented prior to HMS Pinafore. They could both be done by the same Director, or not. The programmes for Seasons 2 and 3 may reverse depending on the availability of the Alexander Theatre.

We require: Directors, Musical Directors, Production Managers, Stage Managers, Costume & Scenery Designers/Co-ordinators, Publicity Co-ordinators.

Applications by Directors and Designers should include your vision for the work selected. All applicants should supply any non-available dates and  a short Curriculum Vitae.

Process: The applications are assessed by a small Artistic Sub- Committee, which contains no self-interested parties. A recommendation is made to the Committee, and the Committee makes the final selection based on the advise of the Sub-Committee. Any members of the full Committee who are also applicants abstain from any discussion or vote for the work they have applied for.
